After providing your hotel details and valid identification, your luggage will be delivered to your accommodation on the same day. This allows you to explore Malaysia without the hassle of carrying heavy bags, making your travel experience smoother and more enjoyable.
When it’s time to depart, you can easily arrange for your luggage to be picked up from your hotel through jalanos.com’s website, mobile app, or via your hotel concierge. Your bags will be collected and transported directly to the jalanos.com partner store at KLIA, ready for you to pick up before your flight. This service enables you to move freely and comfortably on your final day without worrying about your luggage.
